You visit our office and speak with one of our licensed land surveyor on a Monday or Wednesday between the hours of 8am-5pm. The required documents you need to bring along are deed or certificate of title, survey plan or cadastral sheet. Or fax or email information and we will reply.
Yes you would be able to get a survey done; we would have to conduct searches for the relevant documents.

If it standard common law survey (meaning the client have a deed) it would take about 2 weeks from the start to the delivery of plans.RPO survey (meaning the client have a Certificate of Title) takes about 2-3months from the start of survey to delivery of plans; this could be longer since these plans need to be submitted to the Director of Survey for Approval.
